Return & RMA Policy

In order to provide the best product after-sales service, ENNOX is offering a 30-days total satisfaction for all our Industrial Panel PC, Touchscreen Monitor, and etc.

Warranty Period.
All system products purchased from ENNOX come with a limited 2-year warranty for both contracted distributors and all other customers. To verify an item's warranty status, please contact our team at 206-708-7575. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to conditions beyond normal wear and tear, including mishandling, improper use (such as damage caused by UV light, water, or heat), or insufficient packaging during return for RMA purposes. Non-warranty repairs will incur a repair fee, and the repaired parts will be covered by an additional 3-month warranty.

Warranty Shipping Policy: Customers are responsible for shipping items to our service center. We will cover one-way ground shipping within the U.S. when returning repaired items.


30 Days Total Satisfaction Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our team prior to returning any items for credit. At ENNOX, we value our customers and are committed to ensuring their satisfaction. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products, excluding special-order, discounted, customized items, and bulk orders of two or more units. Under this policy, you may return products purchased directly from ENNOX for credit or a refund, less shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees.
All returns must include proof of purchase or a copy of the original invoice. To begin the return process, download the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form from the link below, complete it, and fax it to us. Please note, RMA numbers expire 10 days after issuance. Returned items must be in "New" condition, with original packaging (including anti-static bags) and all accessories such as manuals and cables. Missing items may result in additional restocking fees, and damaged items will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for tracking their return shipment to ensure delivery.

30~60 Days Return Policy
Returns for credit are subject to a 30% restocking fee if made between 31 and 60 days from the shipping date. Please note that special-order items, discounted items, customized items, and bulk orders (two or more units) are excluded. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All returns must include proof of purchase or a copy of the original invoice.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned products must be in "New" condition, in their original packaging (including anti-static bags), and must include all manuals, cables, and accessories. Any missing items will incur additional restocking fees. Damaged items will not be accepted.

60+ Days Return Policy
No credit will be issued after 60 days from the date of shipping.

Cross-Shipment Policy
It is possible to obtain a replacement (cross-shipment) during 60 days of the purchase, if the products were purchased directly from us and if the product fails to function upon initial arrival. These are the only conditions in which a replacement product is provided. Product must "NOT" be damaged, altered or marked. Customers need to return "complete package" (includes software product key sticker, accessories, manuals, cables, etc.). We ships out the product by 3-day delivery if the product is currently available. The customer may pay the price difference for an alternate shipping method. If a cross shipment is required, a RMA number must be obtained before returning the defected items. Please highlight Cross Shipment and the RMA number (if known) on the replacement purchase order to avoid any misunderstanding or error. You must return the defective items back to our service center within 7 days in order to receive credit. Customers pay one way charge by shipping to our service center.

Out of Warranty Service
Customer pays 2-way freight charges and repair labor costs (initial service charge $120 and $120/per hour for each additional hour) plus material costs. Average turnaround time is about 3 weeks.
